The Lambton Works Centre is recruiting for a dedicated and passionate Registered Early Childhood Educators to join the growing Lambton Rural Child Care team
**Position Summary**
Lambton Rural Child Care is currently searching for caring and compassionate Educators (RECE) for our Centre-Based Programs. These centres provide an environment that fosters creativity, promotes wonder and encourages each child’s natural curiosity and desire to explore and learn within a licensed childcare setting. Our Educators foster the health, safety, and well-being of children while encouraging exploration of their surrounding environment.
Our current openings include full time positions within the following facilities:
- Brooke Alvinston Child Care Centre
- Dresden Child Care Centre
- East Lambton Before & After School Program
- Errol Village Child Care Centre
**Qualifications**
- Current Infant and Toddler First Aid and CPR certification (Level C)
- Clear Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening as per LRCC Policy
- CAS Inspection
- TB Test
- Current Immunizations
- Experience working in a formalized childcare centre, and Early Childhood Education Diploma required
**Pay and Benefits**
- From $24.86 an hour
- RECE annual membership fees ($160.00 per person)
- RSP and paid sick time
- Potential for Group Health Benefits
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
