Refer to the "How to apply" section if you require a disability-related accommodation. **What can I expect to do in this role?**: Student Traffic Services Specialists work as part of the larger security team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures of the park, guests, and staff. ** Work Description** As a student Traffic Services Specialist, you may have the opportunity to work on some or all of the following activities: - Interact with guests to provide directions to various areas of the park, surrounding venues, and transportation. - Clarify information to site patrons and guests. - Manage traffic. - Conduct crowd control practices. - Attend to minor first aid calls. - Maintain the safety of the public and assist in diffusing escalated situations in a professional manner. - Recognize escalating complex situations and notify Security and Loss Prevention Supervisor. Note: You must be at least 18 years old **How do I qualify?**: **Mandatory**: You must meet **all** eligibility criteria by the first day of employment (contracts begin between May and July): - **Age**: You must be a minimum of 15 years of age.
