Maintenance Specialist

That is our North Star and, together, we help shape leaders that build stronger communities. **Work Location**: This role will be based onsite at the Camp des Voyageurs, Quyon, Qc **Contract Lenght** Permanent, full time **Rate of Pay** $18 - $20.11 per hour **What would you be doing?**: - Basic construction and renovation projects - Assisting with purchase and delivery of goods - General building property maintenance, repairs and upkeep - Small engine maintenance and repair - Routine facility inspections and preventative maintenance duties - Working as part of a team to continuously maintain and/or improve standards that are consistent with the THFC philosophy and vision - _These job duties are representative but not all-inclusive_ **Does this sound like you?**: - 3+ years' experience in property or facility maintenance required - Valid driver's license - Standard First aid and CPR (C) is a requirement for the position. Current certification or the ability to obtain is considered an asset. - Acceptable criminal background check and driver's abstract - Ability to operate mowers, utility vehicles, chainsaws and other outdoor equipment and tools. - WHMIS training and water testing certification are considered assets - Specialized training or certification as a carpenter, electrician, plumber, landscaper, small engine or auto mechanic, or other applicable trades is considered an asset - Self-motivated and flexible with demonstrated ability to work within a team environment - Ensure health and safety standards are being followed when operating machinery or handling chemicals - Ability to work flexible hours as required **_Commitment to Equity, Diversity & Inclusion_** - Tim Hortons® Foundation Camps (THFC) is committed to a fair and inclusive work environment, and seek talent with diversity of life experiences and perspectives.
