**Report to**:Site Supervisor

**Position Overview**:
This position is responsible for the quality and completion of the receiving, kitting, staging, counting, issuing and returning of parts and materials for Oil Sands Operations and Projects while maintaining accurate recording of inventory transactions in the inventory management database. This position operates on the floor with the warehouse technicians to increase efficiency.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies;
- Specific accountabilities will include working safely with adherence to the Warehouse Safety Program, environment, housekeeping, inventory segregation, inventory accuracy, technical training, and other agreed upon continuous improvement goals and objectives;
- Works together with warehouse team members, planners, maintenance team, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules;
- Run SAP reservation orders, pick and stage materials for pick-up by end user;
- Ensure documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials;
- Establish and maintain cooperative, respectful, and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work - various site teams and groups;
- Perform other assignments or project work as required;
- Other duties assigned to support the Oil Sands Warehouse Services Team;
- Overtime may be required from time to time to meet Turn Around, plant emergencies or project requirements.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring health, safety, hygiene, environmental and security procedures and protocols to incorporate what good looks like.
- Participate in Leadership Housekeeping & Safety Audits of the storage locations. **Completes warehouse operational requirements by briefing warehouse team on a daily basis and by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results. ** Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded;
- Manages warehouse staff training
- Ensure that the consumable and PPE stock is reordered and put away as needed and monitor worker’s access to each room through Secure Crib
- Assign daily tasks to the warehouse technicians and set expectations, while actively participating in the daily activities
- Collect and review FLHA’s
- Audit warehouse technician’s daily activities and report the errors found to the supervisor **Cross train in a supervisory task to offer coverage as needed ** Complete material transactions for different Business Units.
- Ensure that the end of day check list and after-hour process is adhered to Detailed Daily Tasks
- Fill up daily FLHA
- Wear appropriate PPE in SCM managed areas & reinforce the rules **Action or delegate BBO cards from technicians**:
