**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in carpentry and construction. As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will work under the guidance of an experienced carpenter, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of carpentry while contributing to exciting projects. Pay will depend on experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist skilled carpenters in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform tasks related to drywall installation, caulking, masonry, and tile laying as directed.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
- Help with construction estimating by measuring and cutting materials accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials is a plus.
- Familiarity with drywall, electrical work, masonry, tile laying, or maintenance person services is advantageous.
- Ability to understand schematics and technical drawings is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced carpenters.
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and performing manual labor for extended periods.
