Position Overview:
Join the Finning family Finning Canada is seeking a Washbay Attendant to join our team supporting our client located at Suncor Base Mine. As the Washbay Person you are responsible for assisting with washing all ready-to-rent and post rental equipment.

Our Incentives Include:

- This position supports our client site located at Suncor Base Mine on a 7 x 7 Continuous Shift rotation (transportation to and from site is provided)
- $23.26 / hour Starting Wage
- 12% Regional Wage Allowance
- $300 / year Boot Allowance

**Job Description**:
- Performs a variety of washing and cleaning duties including washing, cleaning, testing and rolling all hoses and cables.- Assists warehouse personnel with loading/ unloading equipment and pulling orders as required- Assists yard personnel in ensuring ready-to-rent equipment is presented in an orderly fashion- washing and/or performing light maintenance on rental equipment- Accurately handle all incoming and outgoing paperwork.- Follow approved shipping and receiving protocol.- Load and unload customer parts and components.

Qualifications:
- High School graduate- Due to physical nature of the work, a requirement of the job is to be considered fit for work in the following environment: fast-paced, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination, ability to distinguish between colors, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling- Minimum three months of operating experience of rough terrain forklift, counterbalance forklift, compact construction equipment, large construction equipmentFamiliarity with heavy equipment or a similar industry would be considered an asset- Team player with a keen attention to detail- Experience with heavy equipment or a similar industry would be considered an asset- Excellent interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication skills
