Concrete Pump Operator

**Overview**
Superior Foundations Ltd. is looking for a skilled **Concrete Pump Operator** with a minimum of **two years experience** to join our growing team. As an operator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality concrete pumping services, ensuring equipment maintenance, and meeting the needs of both internal and external clients. **Responsibilities**:

- Operate concrete pumps on various job sites for both internal company projects and rental jobs for external companies.
- Maintain and grease the boom as required, ensuring that the automatic greaser is full.
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
- Communicate with management about the need for more significant repairs or services.
- Occasionally operate other pumps in the fleet, and attach hoses to the boom if required.
- Track hours of service using GEOTAB
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself, your team and contractors.
- Display professionalism and respect for your teammates and external contractors at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with basic maintenance and small repairs of concrete pumping equipment.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and on construction sites.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures within the concrete and construction industry.
- Experience using **GEOTAB** or similar systems to track hours is an asset, but not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical tasks.
- Class 3 License required

**Hours**:

- 40-60 hours per week, Monday to Friday, depending on the season.
- Overtime pay is in place.
