**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation specifications.
- Perform installation tasks including drywall installation, carpentry work, and construction painting.
- Utilize caulking techniques to ensure proper sealing and finishing of installations.
- Collaborate with team members to build and install various structures and fixtures as needed.
- Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during the installation process.

**Skills**
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Experience in construction painting and finishing techniques.
- Strong maintenance person skills with a focus on practical problem-solving.
- Ability to build structures according to specifications with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with drywall installation processes and carpentry skills is preferred.
