At Bee The BanhMi, we’re not just making food — we’re building a movement. We’ve grown from a 100 sq ft stall into one of Calgary’s fastest-growing Vietnamese food brands, and now we’re looking for a _Front of House Supervisor/Team Lead _to join our core team.
This isn’t just a cashier job. This is about being the _face_ of Bee The BanhMi. You’ll lead our customer experience at the counter, bring energy to every guest interaction, and help us raise the bar for service.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Be the first point of contact for all guests: greet, take orders, upsell, and ensure each customer feels valued.
- Manage the flow of service during rushes with speed, accuracy, and positivity.
- Train and support FOH team members to uphold standards of Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Pride and Accountability.
- Handle transactions, resolve guest issues on the spot, and maintain a spotless FOH area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen/ops team to ensure seamless communication and order accuracy.
- Provide feedback to management on customer experience trends and opportunities.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role (restaurant, café, retail, or hospitality).
- Strong communicator with natural people skills. You make others feel seen and heard.
- Organized, quick on your feet, thrives under pressure.
- A growth mindset. You want to develop into a leader, not just clock in/out.
- Passionate about food, culture, and delivering a memorable experience.
