**Responsibilities Include**:

- Operate machinery and tools to effectively create a finished product
- Follow health and safety standards
- Assemble products and parts
- Operate and maintain machinery and molds
- Perform quality control to ensure parts produced meet company standards
- Report any issues to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
- Working on a production line and meeting production targets
- Other tasks and duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Ability to problem solve and plan without direct supervision
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Firearms knowledge is considered an asset
- Possession & Acquisition License (PAL) is considered an asset
