Blue sky is an organization dedicated to helping children and youth. Based in Newfoundland and Labrador, we are constantly evolving to provide specialized care services in support of children and families. **It’s more than just a job**

As a Home Manager with Blue sky you’ll lead a dedicated team of Child and Youth Workers to provide a safe and stable home environment for children and youth in residential care. You’ll provide leadership and guidance to your teams; helping them deliver care that meets safety, legislative and accreditation standards while meeting the individual needs of each child and youth.

What you’ll bring? A post secondary degree in Social Work, Education, Psychology or Sociology; experience working in a residential setting; supervisory experience in a health-related environment; a valid driver’s license; current record of conduct and vulnerable sector check; and a children, seniors, and social developmental (CSSD) record check.
