  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing for clients.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
  • Support clients with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities in assisted living or nursing home settings.
  • Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including those with dementia or other cognitive impairments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in patient care, senior care, or working with persons with disabilities is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dementia care practices is a plus.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by client needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Certification in medication administration is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certification related to caregiving.
