Afternoon Baker

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, contributing to the overall success of our bakery by delivering exceptional baked goods that delight our customers.

**Duties**
- Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery products, including pastries, cakes, and cookies.
- Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to adhere to food safety standards.
- Handle food products safely and efficiently during preparation and baking processes.
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods with creativity and attention to detail.
- Package finished products for display or sale while ensuring they are visually appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and customer demands.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a kitchen or bakery environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Creative skills in cake decorating or other specialty baking techniques are a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work within a team setting.
- A passion for baking and a desire to learn new techniques or recipes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
