**THE POSITION**

As a **Site Attendant,**you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the site, as well as being present to guide clients, inform them about our services, and address their needs.

Specifically:

- You will ensure the cleanliness and order of the workspaces and the site, addressing any issues with the onsite supervisor.
- During the winter season, you will be responsible for snow removal and salting pedestrian access points (main entrance, emergency exits, etc.).
- You will conduct light tests to ensure water quality in all of the spa's water features.
- You will maintain a peaceful atmosphere, ensuring that spa rules and regulations (silence, robes and towels on chairs, etc.) are respected.
- You will guide clients regarding the relaxation and wellness process, ensuring their comfort and being proactive about their needs.
- You will welcome comments, suggestions, and complaints from clients and forward them to management.
- You will collaborate with colleagues from other departments to support each other and ensure a smooth client experience.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- You possess a positive attitude, good physical fitness, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- You have excellent observation skills and show resourcefulness.
- You can take initiative while respecting established procedures.
- You are comfortable working mostly outdoors.

**WORK SCHEDULE**
- Full-time or Part-time position ;
- Schedule including day shifts, evening shifts and weekends.
