**Position**: Purchasing & Office Support Specialist

**Who We Are**: Robert Bury & Company, established in 1904, is an industry leader in the distribution of high quality products and accessories to the furniture, kitchen cabinet, store fixture, millwork and other woodworking related industries. Today we operate 8 sales and distribution centers strategically located throughout Canada.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Purchasing**
- Monitor inventory needs, request pricing, and issue purchase orders in line with operational needs
- Track deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, and potential disruptions
- Maintain accurate records in our ERP system (NetSuite)
- Communicate with internal teams to help forecast needs, prevent disruptions and slow moving inventory

**Accounts Payable Support**
- Review and process vendor invoices in coordination with the finance department
- Match purchase orders, packing slips, and invoices for proper filing
- Communicate with vendors or internal staff over potential errors

**Office & Administrative Support**
- Assist with filing, document organization, and general administrative tasks
- Complete some filing or reporting required for government compliance such as truck mileage or vehicle registration
- Provide support to management for reporting or special projects

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, finance, or an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Ability to work independently yet collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in distribution or the cabinet making industry is a plus
- Bilingual (French/English) is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
