**We are a small Boutique Hotel with 12 rooms downtown Toronto.**

**The duties of Front desk include, but are not limited to the following;**
- Handles incoming calls for room reservations when Reservations department is closed
- Handles guest check ins/check outs
- Responds quickly to guest requests/concerns in a friendly and professional manner at all times, follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Understands and follows property standards.
- Must be available to work Monday and Tuesday night (12midnight -8am)
- Must have ability to handle stressful environment
- Couple hours of restaurant cleaning
- Set up a simple continental breakfast
- Must have excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work with mínimal or no supervision
- Prospect to work more shifts in the week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
