Electrical Project Manager

We are Reliable Electric, an established custom residential and commercial electrical contractor. We have a fantastic customer base and many long-term employees after being in business for over 30 years. Our specialty is building high-end custom homes and boutique style basebuild/TIs on the North Shore and Vancouver that we can take pride in.

**About You**
- Team orientated - we lead by example, natural consequences and provide the why, not just the what. We expect our PMs to do the same.
- Over five years experience wiring custom high-end residential and/or commercial TI.
- Minimum five years of experience as an electrical journeyperson.
- Minimum two years being a foreperson with some project management experience in the electrical field (_preferred_)
- Some PMP experience and/or educational training (_preferred_).
- Dependable and can be relied on by our clients and your colleagues.
- Have your Red Seal.
- CEC code course (_preferred_).
- Personable and able to build lasting working relationships.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and Computer Skills.
- Attentive to detail.
- Organized.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Our best PMs can manage multiple projects while hitting their personal metrics. These include being profitable as expected, they help grow and engage their team and they meet our customer's expectations.
- Take full accountability for a project post-sale through to completion effectively managing timeline, scope and budget with the client.
- Schedule, direct and develop a team of Forepersons and Electricians to achieve expected results within Reliable's high quality standards.
- Manage varying expectations of our clients and maintain effective communication with each stakeholder.
- Estimate, price and obtaining appropriate approvals on all scope changes prior commencing work.
- Work with administration to accurately invoice all your projects on a regular basis.
- Manage all permits, inspections and BC Hydro requirements for each project.
- Manage a team of electricians by doing regular 1-on-1s, approving vacations, providing regular feedback, helping them develop and doing performance evaluations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
