Duties:

- Make Bubble tea, Maintain prep and other duties as needed.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Scan items and ensure pricing is correct
- Collect payments from customers and provide change
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Bag groceries or items for customers as needed
- Assist with food preparation and handling, such as making sandwiches or coffee
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Use point of sale (POS) system to process transactions

**Experience**:

- Bubble tea experience (preferred but willing to train)**
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers
