**Position: Counter Sales Associate**

**Reporting to**:Sales Centre Manager**

**Location: Pickering, ON**

**Who We Are**: Carrier Enterprise Canada (CEC) is a national distributor of residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration products, parts and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. CE operates primarily in the business-to-business environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. CEC offers customers a wide range of HVAC/R product lines, competitive pricing, best-in-class customer service and valuable, time-saving services that positions CEC as an industry leader. With 34 locations in Canada and over 150+ locations, in 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide top quality service to our customers
- Handle customer calls and inquiries
- Quote prices to customers
- Process customer orders over the counter and telephone
- Maintenance of the showroom, including stocking shelves
- Merchandise and inventory maintenance
- Warehouse support, including shipping and receiving

**Required Qualifications**:

- Front counter or inside sales experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer service oriented
- Computer literate
- Preference will be given to those who have previous HVACR wholesale experience and/or who have graduated from a HVAC/R technical program

**Pay Range**:$50,000 - $65,000 Annual

This pay range is not a gurantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to resposibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining (if any).

**Incentive Compensation**:As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Carrier Incentive Plan or a role-specific comission/bonus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
