Thomas Buick GMC is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team in Cobourg.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional with previous GM brand experience who understands the value of customer relationships, product knowledge, and a streamlined sales process. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery
- Leverage GM product knowledge to match customers with the right Buick or GMC vehicle
- Build and maintain a strong personal client base and referral network
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Stay current on GM incentives, programs, and product updates
- Work closely with finance and management to maximize customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate CRM activity and follow-up processes

**Qualifications**:

- Previous GM dealership sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence
- OMVIC certification (required)

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
