**Job description**
Master Packaging Inc. the leader of corrugate and folding carton packaging located in Dieppe NB & Borden, PE is currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to join our team as Shipping Supervisor in the Borden, PE location.

**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain, you will be mainly responsible for the following:

- Managing, motivating, and leading a small team of shippers.
- Managing all activities related to logistics, freight, and inventory control.
- Promoting safe working conditions as well as maintaining housekeeping per expected standards.
- Handling a variety of paperwork and record keeping.
- Focusing on efficient operations of shipping department at lowest overall cost.

**Requirement / Knowledge and Skills**:

- Minimum of 3 years related experience along with a post-secondary diploma or degree (experience in leading teams or within logistics would be assets)
- Attentive to detail, precise and effective, with follow through
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Results and team-oriented individual who is committed to safe operating practices
- Forklift driving certification would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.40 per hour
