Cleantech Service Group is based in Richmond and provides cleaning and maintenance services to commercial establishments and strata buildings throughout the lower mainland. In business since 1996, Cleantech is committed to providing superior, sustainable services to our customers and has seen rapid and continuous growth.

**Schedule**:Saturday to Sunday (8am - 2pm)**

**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cleaning of residential and commercial properties
- Replenish supplies such as soaps, paper towels and toilet paper
- Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, waxing floors and vacuuming
- Cleaning spills, broken glass and other messes up as quickly as possible
- Coordinating duties with other cleaners
- Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
- Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Cleaning experience is an asset
- Reliable and a good communicator
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
- Must be proactive and be able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Every Weekend

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
