**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for training, development and mentoring of staff.
- Ensure shelves are properly stocked, labeled and clean.
- Process customer orders and responsible for all stocking orders.
- Ensure the cash is balanced at beginning and end of day.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Promote and lead a Health & Safety conscious environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years experience in a retail sales environment with an emphasis on customer service. Required to ensure all shifts are covered for the store and may need to cover when needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Proficiency in Prosoft an asset
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed.
- Passion for farming.

**Physical Requirements**:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with outline.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with provided expectations.

Must be able to lift 25kgs repeatedly as required.

Must be able to talk, listen and speak on telephone.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
