Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational goals
- Provide individualized attention to students to support their learning and development
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
- Collaborate with other educators and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to enhance student understanding
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong background in early childhood education
- Ability to effectively educate and engage students of various learning styles
- Experience in caregiving or related fields is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
