ABOUT THIS TEAM
The team is committed to creating Long Range plans that evaluate risk and opportunity that will the support the business needs thro Strategy (Global, vendor and product) and partnering with Supply Planning to establishing a Vendor base that supports demand, In order to support Strategy and plans this team manages the New Vendor Approval Process ensuring that our partners Values are shared with Lululemon. In addition, this team are key to New Product Introduction. Costing Excellence is a key responsibility of this team ensuring Best Product at best cost.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- You will curate and manage a vendor base that supports design, innovation, capability, capacity ,cost, quality and sustainability needs relating to the POD(s) that you will support and manage the Strategy associated.
- You will be responsible for the exploration and onboarding of New vendors as identified to support business needs and strategy
- You will manage Regular vendor Strategy meetings
- You will develop and own Long range plans that support business plans and propose and manage implementation
- You will support New Product Introduction
- You will manage Costing excellence for the products and associated PODs - Travel will be required for this role
QUALIFICATIONS
10 Years Experience in Similar role or industry Raw Material Experience preferred Strategic mindset String Analytical skills Excel | Power PI | Power Point Experience collaborating with Stake Holders to deliver shared goals Ability to enroll and influence decision making
