The Jardins le Flandre private seniors' residence, located in Limoilou, is seeking a part-time evening/night beneficiary attendant position. ** Completed AP/RPA training or completed DEP in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home or completed 5,000 hours of RAC** We offer group insurance, telemedicine, an employee assistance program, and more
**:
Schedule: Part-time evening and night position with one weekend off every other day
**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- Contribute to the development of a residentsè action plan based on their observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.
**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
- PDSP training
- Law 90
- AP/RPA training completed or DEP Personal assistance in establishments and at home completed or RAC of 5000 hours
