Schutten Custom Carpentry Inc. is a local, family-owned company who specializes in building custom homes and cottages throughout Muskoka. We strive ourselves on quality and craftsmanship.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

General carpentry and/or framing duties as assigned

Maintain a clean, safe worksite

Ensure sign is completed on the timesheet’s app

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**

Rough framing skills

Blueprint reading skill is an asset

Strong/clear communication skills

Interior and exterior experience

Timberwork

Framing

Understanding of building practices

Stairs and dock experience is an asset

Wood siding experience is an asset

Rafter Experience is an asset

Stick frame roof experience is an asset

Back framing experience is an asset

Wood siding experience is an asset

Stringer stair experience is an asset

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Rafter layout and general roof theory

High-end construction experience

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s licence
