- **Work Responsibilities for trained Team Members**:_
- Window cleaning using squeegee/ladder or the tucker pole method
- Pressure Washing (Driveways, Patios, pathways etc.)
- Gutter cleaning up to 32' on ladders or use of our gutter cleaning vacuum.
- Soft washing with chemicals such as bleach, surfactants and pressure washers to clean up siding and exterior house surfaces.
- Moss removal on building roofs. Often requires supplied fall arrest equipment, laborious brushing and cleanup of grounds afterwards.
- Must not have a fear of heights and ability to do physical labor such as bending, lifting over 50 pounds and moving ladders around.
- A positive attitude with the drive to succeed in your workplace.
- Have a Valid Class 5 B.C Drivers license or (N)

- **Work Schedule**:_

Full Time Workers:

- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- (Optional overtime Saturdays in summer)
- 8 hour shifts

Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
