**Key Responsibilities**
- Organize production crew to ensure competitive production of aggregate materials.
- Oversee operation of production facility.
- Organize and perform maintenance of production facility - daily, weekly and monthly.
- Purchase supplies to perform maintenance, as per approved limits.
- Enforce safety of crew and adhere to applicable safety and environmental laws.
- Report daily on production activities including time entry.
- Coordinate production and quality activities.
- Coordinate production schedule of plant to optimize efficiency and product yield.
- Ensure completion of all required inspection and reporting.
- Inform supervisor of any deficiencies, areas of concern and/or any safety requirements.
- Train and develop employees.
- Conduct yourself in a professional and mature manner.
**Position Requirements**
- 2-5 years of experience working as a Crusher Foreperson.
- Knowledge and experience in the aggregates trade.
- Must have a strong work ethic, ensuring commitment to the team and the company.
- Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed.
- Must be able to work in a safe manner and be accountable to the team for safe work practices.
- Ability to safely operate equipment.
- Familiar with construction methods, tools and materials would be an asset.
- Must be able to stand, lift 50 lbs, carry, bend, reach.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

**Work Conditions**
