Our team members are the face of the Budders brand. As a Budtender, you’ll create personalized, engaging experiences for every customer — whether in-store or through our delivery service.

**Position Overview**

The **Budtender & Delivery Associate** plays a key role in both the customer journey and daily store operations. You’ll provide expert recommendations, process transactions, manage deliveries using the company vehicle, and help maintain the high standards Budders is known for.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver **outstanding customer service** by engaging customers in genuine, educational conversations.
- Use strong product knowledge to recommend cannabis products tailored to customer needs.
- Complete **safe, compliant cannabis deliveries** using the company vehicle.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and cash handling.
- Support store operations including merchandising, restocking, and daily checklists.
- Adhere to all company policies and provincial/federal cannabis retail regulations (AGCO, Health Canada).
- Stay informed on new products, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid Ontario G Driver’s License** and a clean driving record (required).
- Minimum **1-3 years of customer service experience** — retail or hospitality preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills — friendly, professional, and dependable.
- Comfortable using technology for POS systems and delivery tracking.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Must complete and maintain **CannSell Certification** (if not already obtained).
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Nice to Have**
- Previous cannabis retail experience.
- Experience working in a regulated or compliance-driven environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 28 per week
