**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to join our team at Stone Design Inc. in the GTA. In this role, you will be responsible for operating saws to cut natural stone materials accurately, contributing to our commitment to quality and precision in every project. This role requires attention to detail, precision and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate saws and other cutting equipment to accurately cut natural stone materials.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to fabricate and assemble stone products as per project requirements.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine cutting specifications and to ensure accuracy in cuts.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Saw Operator or similar role in a fabrication environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machinery, including CNC.
- Experience with quality inspection processes and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with hand tools and fabrication techniques related to stone work.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
