**Responsibilities**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders and payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and food safety throughout all food handling processes.
- Assist in serving food and beverages to customers promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to sanitation guidelines.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
