FDL Cafe is a cozy and inviting café located in the heart of the city. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated full-time baker to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods
- Ensure consistent quality of all products
- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Follow health and safety guidelines

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and quality
- Good time management skills
- **Availability to work early morning shifts, starting at 5:30 am**:

- **Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed**
