"Skills Required: - Experience in SCCM 2012 / Current Branch (CB) Application Configuration and Deployment - Experience in SCCM troubleshooting and maintenance - Strong in handling maintenance requests such as new version, Upgrade, Patch and Scripts - Experience supporting, implementing, and managing a windows workstation (desktop\laptop) deployment (Windows 7 / Windows 10) - Handle end user issues escalated from Service desk - Using PowerShell Cmdlets for Windows Administration on both Local and Remote workstations, accessing registry, services, processes, file system, adding and publishing sequenced apps to client environment - Troubleshoot issues related to different SCCM/MECM components like, Management Point, Distribution Point, Reporting Services, Software Update Point, WSUS - Experience in ITSM tool for handling requests and incidents and completing the tasks within timeline. Good to have skills: - Jira Experience - ITSM process - Agile Practitioner - Leading small technical Teams Roles & Responsibilities: - Create and administer advertisements, programs, collections, and custom reports in SCCM - Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues - Ensure we meet the business’s expectations around user experience - Good Communication and Coordination skills - Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues - SCCM infrastructure, process and software update - Create and update documentation regarding processes and software as needed for various rollout" Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
