Kmay has a rare opportunity for astute, reliable, and loyalty **Project Coordinator/Project Manger **to join our team. We are looking for just the right person who is excited to embark on a career path of project management and strategic expertise and consulting. Reporting to a senior Project Manager, the ideal person will help to support and deliver on some of our clients largest and most complex projects and programs while honing their own skillsets and eventually working towards taking ownership of larger and larger project and deliverables. Being able to navigate complicated cross-functional environments and foster positive, collaborative engagements with all stakeholders and personalities is an absolute must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and coordinate with the Sr. Project Manager all aspects of managing the project/program
- monitor and update project financials, such as timesheets, vendor SOWs, vendor invoicing, project budgeting and forecasting
- monitor and updated various project reporting tools and channels
- Develop and maintain PMO processes, templates and project artifacts
- Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible with organizational systems.
- Conduct requirements management to gather stakeholder needs and translate them into actionable project tasks.
- Monitor and maintain project schedules and Gantt charts with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Observe, find better ways to do things, make clients happy, be a Rockstar, repeat.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-7 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or project facilitation, preferably in business or corporate transformation projects/environments.
- Graduate or Diploma in related fields to business, engineering, or sciences considered an asset.
- English is first language or fluent in English
- Professional designation, or eligible and in progress to a professional designations such as PMP, CAPM, CPM, CompTIA Project+, PRINCE2, or MPM considered a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of project management processes and methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional stakeholder identification and management skills
- You don't wait for someone to give you direction, you see a challenge or a problem and you work with your skillsets and teammates to define it.
