**About the Role**

We’re looking for a **Customer Advisor, (Financing Navigator)**someone who thrives on solving problems, loves to talk to people, and gets satisfaction from making things clearer, easier, and more manageable for others.

**What You’ll Do**
- Act as a guide for homeowners navigating energy retrofits and financing options.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide accurate, helpful information.
- Resolve issues quickly or escalate when necessary to ensure a smooth experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers by being reliable, resourceful, and kind.
- Maintain a working knowledge of regional/national energy efficiency programs, grants, and rebates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes.
- Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and procedures.

**What You Bring**
- 1+ years of experience in customer service (phone-based experience an asset).
- A college diploma, university degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
