As a **Breakfast Attendant**, you will be responsible for the following:

- Ensure breakfast is prepared and served on time daily according to breakfast demand
- Replenish food, beverage and condiments during breakfast hours
- Clean/organize tables and chairs during breakfast service
- Take apart breakfast function space and keep organized in storage room
- Ensure all garbage and recycling bins are emptied and cleaned
- Sterilize and clean food and beverage items including dishes, silverware and glasses for next day service
- Maintain excellent levels of customer service
- Address guest concerns in a positive and professional manner, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Follow health and safety practices
- Monitor usage of food ingredients and minimize waste
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Required to work early mornings, weekends, holidays and on occasion be available to cover shifts.
- Punctual and reliable - shift begins at 5:30 am.
- Have a reliable method of transportation to the Hotel, or lives within walking distance.
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or other food operations.
- Ability to be on feet for extended periods of time.
- Smart Serve Certification and Food Handler’s certification
