**Job Duties**:
You will be responsible for the following:

- Welcome Guests to CanaDream with professionalism, enthusiasm and passion.
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional manner using CanaDream language.
- Screen and direct telephone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide appropriate information to our Guests, Customers and visitors.
- Receive and sort mail and incoming deliveries.
- Prepare and dispatch mail and courier deliveries daily.
- Assist front counter staff with scheduling Guest pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Provide seservations support.
- Provide support to other CanaDream departments within scope and as requested.
- Perform general clerical duties as requested.
- Respond to or appropriately direct service calls received overnight.
- Maintain guest services area, including beverage area.
- Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.
- Organize, maintain and coordinate office records and files in their appropriate locations.
- Type forms, letters, reports and memos as necessary.
- Ensure that the appropriate evacuation procedures are carried out in the event of an emergency such as making the announcement over the intercom.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Must speak French
- Excellent and proven customer/guest service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience working in a hotel or tourism-related business is an asset.
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
