**Your role**

Join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Intern

In this role, you’ll join our team of diverse Talent Acquisition professionals working in a fast-paced recruitment environment. You will also get the unique opportunity to learn more about full-cycle recruitment processes and best-in-class sourcing techniques

The ideal person for this role will be someone who is eager and passionate about beginning a thriving career in recruitment

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with team members to coordinate new hire onboarding processes and act as the liaison between incoming new hires and internal departments to help create a smooth onboarding experience
- Manage the employee referral process
- Liaise with third party services to manage background checks
- Verify weekly new hire list and prepare onboarding plans

Qualifications:

- Third or forth year student pursuing a Bachelors or Diploma program in Business Administration, Commerce or Human Resources program
- A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with local and regional teams
- Have a willingness to learn and be self-motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Bilingual skills would be a strong asset
- Previous experience working with a fast paced environment considered an asset
