**The Role**:
We are looking for a grounded, passionate, and capable Operations & Customer Experience Manager to lead the daily heartbeat of our growing business. You’ll be the engine behind smooth operations and customer care—from overseeing order fulfillment to handling client questions with empathy and precision.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Oversee Daily Operations**
- Coordinate product manufacturing, inventory, order processing, and shipping logistics.
- Maintain standards for quality control and packaging.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols in our facility.

**Lead Customer Experience**
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries with clarity, kindness, and efficiency.
- Create and refine SOPs for subscription support, shipping concerns, and product education.
- Track trends in feedback to proactively improve service touchpoints.

**Support Growth & Scale**
- Collaborate with the founder on optimizing systems for a high-volume product.
- Manage CRM tools, update customer-facing FAQ content, and assist with Shopify backend.
- Contribute to hiring and training future staff as operations expand.

**Act as Brand Steward**
- Embody our commitment to clean, effective skincare and authentic storytelling.
- Bring a calm, composed energy to a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
- Problem-solve independently while knowing when to escalate.

**Qualifications**:

- You’re resourceful by nature—if you don’t know the answer, you know how to find it. You’re comfortable using updated technologies and tools to solve problems quickly.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Shopify, Google Workspace, and basic CRM systems.
- Comfortable wearing many hats in a growing company.

Pay: $24.04-$36.06 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
