**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of the shop and equipment.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power equipment is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
- A commitment to safety practices and maintaining a clean work environment.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
