**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring a welcoming classroom environment in a manner that reflects the Golden Minds Montessori School commitment to supporting students and their families
- Plan and implement Montessori program Supporting the growth and development of each child through the delivery of the Montessori philosophy
- Participating actively in school meetings to plan, review and update the written curriculum
- Ensure the program compliance with all Ministry and program’s standard
- Participate in outdoor actives with children for at least 2 hours per day
- Responsible for classroom cleanliness
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor/director

**Qualifications and experience**:

- MACTE Infant/Toddler Trained
- Experience teaching children age 18 month to 6 years
- A demonstrated passion for working with children
- The ability to collaborate and contribute as a team player
- A proven professional approach and work ethic
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and goal setting in line with GMMS vision
- Standard First Aid CPR C+
- Immunization up to date (including a 2 step TB test )
- Have a very positive and professional attitude and be able to work and contribute to our school and community
- Creative, hard-working team player, energetic, and flexible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:

- Teacher Assistant Experience with Infant/Toddler: 1 year (required)
