Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Support Associate / Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting our production team by performing a variety of tasks, including:

- Package finished goods and prepare necessary paperwork.
- Conduct quality testing on finished goods and work in progress (WIP).
- Stage take-up and payoff reels for upcoming orders and production runs.
- Assist with the teardown and cleaning of tooling on the extruder.
- Restock wooden reels from the outside yard and sort/strip wire.
- Ensure the production line is stocked with consumables and monitor product traversing during production runs.
- Operate machinery as needed, including dual take-ups.
- Maintain reliability in driving a 15,000 lb fork truck and handling reels up to 96” in diameter and weighing up to 10,000 lbs.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Work Schedule:

- ** Monday to Friday with weekends off**:

- Shift Work: Rotating shifts (Midnight, Afternoon, and Day).

Who We’re Looking For:

- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility or a related field.
- Knowledge of various machinery and measurement tools (such as calipers and micrometers) is an asset.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A reliable and mechanically inclined mindset.
- Basic computer skills.
