**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a crucial member of our food service staff, you will ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized promptly. Your role will support the overall operation of our restaurant/hotel, contributing to a clean and organized workspace that enhances the dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Help with the cleaning of kitchen equipment and surfaces to maintain hygiene.
- Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with health regulations.
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean utensils and equipment as required.
- Stock delivery and help to arrange items accordingly.
- Lift and push at least 30lbs to 50lbs.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen by self initiative.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies in the kitchen.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- A team player who is willing to help others in the kitchen as needed.
- Experience in hospitality settings such as restaurants or hotels is beneficial.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
