**The Role**
Powder coating is a hands-on, detail-oriented process that rewards those who take pride in their work. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- **Surface Preparation**: Ensuring metal parts are prepped for the perfect finish (because no one likes a flaky coat).
- **Quality Control**: Inspecting the finished products to meet our high standards.
- **Problem Solving**: Tackling challenges and figuring out how to get the best results for each unique project.

**Work schedule**:
Day shift:
Monday - Friday, 6am -2:30 pm

Afternoon shift:
Monday - Thursday, 2pm - Midnight

$2/hr shift premium for afternoon shift on top of the base wage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
