**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install insulation materials (batts, blown-in, spray foam, etc.) in walls, attics, crawl spaces, and other areas.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders accurately.
- Operate hand tools, caulking equipment, and other installation tools.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality and compliance.
- Follow all safety protocols on-site and help maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work independently or with a crew to meet project deadlines.
- Drive to job sites as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in insulation installation or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient with hand tools and caulking equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and perform manual labor.
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures.
- **Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.**

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- Occasional weekends as required
