**PLEASE NOTE**:Remote teaching is NOT permitted **in this position**
- _**Must be available Monday to Thursday 3:00pm-9:00pm**_
- Expectation to work for Mathnasium for a MINIMUM of 6 months
- Can teach up to and including at least Grade 12 Advanced Functions _(**Calculus & Vectors and/or Data Management are not required, but beneficial)_

**Position Requirements**:

- Inspire confidence in students from grades 1 to 12
- Energetic and confident personality
- Work as part of a team to create a positive and dynamic learning environment
- Exceptional math skills through Secondary School level
- Superior organizational, listening, observation and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to professionally communicate and interact with parents, and students of various ages

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous teaching experience or other experience working with students/children
- Aged 18 years or older

Instructor shifts may begin up to an hour before opening time, and end up to a half-hour after closing time. Minimum availability of three full shifts per week is expected, and scheduled shifts will vary.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 20 per week
