E-commerce Specialist

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **E-commerce Strategy & Revenue Growth**: Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales, improve customer experience, and align with overall growth goals.
- **Website Management**: Maintain and optimize the company’s Shopify website, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and images. Implement minor updates and changes to keep the website fresh and aligned with branding and promotional initiatives.
- **Online Ads Management**: Manage and optimize online ads across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Spotify, ensuring campaigns align with sales goals and brand messaging.
- **Inventory & Product Management**: Manage inventory levels, track product availability, and flag items for reordering. Ensure timely product uploads and updates to reflect stock levels and new arrivals.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work with the design team to create visually appealing promotional materials using tools like Canva, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other data platforms to analyze website performance, track ad campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- **Customer Service Support**: Provide backup for customer service tasks, ensuring timely and professional communication with customers and resolving any inquiries.
- **Other Studio Duties**: Assist with general studio duties as needed, including support for in-store operations, gift production workflows, and ad-hoc tasks, as required by a small team.

**Preferred Skills & Experience**:

- **E-commerce Platforms**: Proficiency in Shopify with hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
- **Online Ads Management**: Proven experience managing online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Spotify.
- **Graphic Design**: Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- **SEO & Analytics Tools**: Experience using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar tools to optimize website performance and marketing efforts.
- **Problem-Solving & Innovation**: Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify challenges and implement solutions.
- **Analytical Skills**: Excellent ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
- **Customer-Centric Mindset**: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with strong communication skills.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital marketing, and inventory management.
- Experience with Shopify, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Spotify Ads, SEMrush, and analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative in managing tasks.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
