**DUAL RATE BSR/OPERATIONAL SHIFT SUPERVISOR**

**SUMMARY**:

- Reporting to the General Manager the Dual Rate BSR / Operational Shift Supervisor assists with the administration of functional and operational duties related to Six Nations Bingo in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures. Provide a positive work environment to staff to assist in the delivery of excellence in customer service that is conducive to generating revenue and creating an entertainment experience. Supervise day to day activities of the bingo operations.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain an efficient administration by providing leadership, supervision and direction to staff within the established policies and procedures.
- Completing administrative documentation in a professional, timely manner.
- Participating in ongoing training and leadership initiatives.
- Oversee operations during Bingo Session by means of verification of revenue, payments disbursed and daily deposits. Ensure daily revenues from Bingo sessions are reconciled.
- Authorize Nevada ticket payouts and prize disbursements during operating sessions.
- Update hotline and webpage with daily numbers.
- Track and monitor designated numbers for Progressive Games.
- Monitor staffing for all sessions. Track Team Members’ work times and approve daily time logs.
- Conduct routine floor rounds to ensure efficient customer service and monitor Team Member’s performance.
- Ensure all Rules & Regulations regarding gaming activity of the Bingo Hall are adhered to.
- Implement Special Events as planned.
- Taking disciplinary action as necessary according to the Employment Policy as it relates to Team Members.
- Participates in the hiring and training of new Team Members.
- Prepares and submits shift reports to the Bingo Revenue Analyst.
- Assists with verification of other revenue streams and prepares deposit.
- Periodically required to conduct Bingo Sales Rep functions.
- Ongoing training/leadership.
- Maintain an on-going initiative to improve the work environment by identifying and correcting errors. Monitor operational situations and make recommendations.
- Maintains confidentiality of all records or information of the workplace
- Contend with and process customer concerns or issues accordingly.
- Performs other related duties as may be required.

**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE***

Minimum Requirements:

- A Post-Secondary Diploma in Business or related field and a minimum one (1) years’ experience supervising ten (10) or more Team Members and managing high volumes of cash in a fast-paced customer service environment.

OR
- A Secondary School Diploma and two (2) year experience in Gaming managing high volumes of cash in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have experience implementing financial controls, conducting cash reconciliations and procedural audits in a financial, gaming and/or hospitality environment.
- Organize effectively, set priorities, manage workload, and handle multiple responsibilities in order to meet deadlines
- Must exhibit team building skills and creating a positive work environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends and holidays. On call as scheduled.
- Must pass a police record check.
- Willingness to learn, accept change, and adapt to new ideas, business concepts, and cultures.
