**Position Overview**:
Allied Universal, a global leader in security services, is currently seeking highly skilled **Bilingual Security Guards** to oversee security operations across various Canadian locations. This position requires a dedicated professional with a strong commitment to safety, exceptional communication skills in both French and English, and the ability to maintain a calm, effective response in high-pressure situations. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, flexible, and ready to take on the responsibility of ensuring the security of our client sites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine security patrols and perform site inspections to ensure adherence to security protocols and operational standards.
- Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies, exercising professionalism and sound judgment in all situations.
- Collaborate with team members and shift leads to ensure seamless transition between shifts and consistent coverage.
- Manage and oversee shift schedules to guarantee adequate security staffing for both day and overnight shifts.
- Operate and manage security technology and communication systems as per client-specific requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Must have resided in Canada for a minimum of 5 years** (Reliability Clearance Check required).
- **Must possess a valid Residency Permit** to work in Canada.
- Fluent in **both French and English** (written and spoken).
- **Valid Ontario Security Guard License** is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work with technology and wireless communication systems specific to client sites.
- A minimum of **1-2 years of experience** as a security guard or in a related security role.
- Ability to work up to **40 hours per week** as required.
- **First Aid and CPR certification** is required.
- Capable of working **outdoors in varying weather conditions**, and standing or walking for extended periods.
- Physically capable of occasionally lifting or carrying up to **20 kilograms**, as well as climbing stairs.
- Must be at least **18 years old**.
- **High school diploma** or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
